Inpatient Mental Health Support Space

This design-bid-build project provided an additional 7,000 square foot new structure on the roof of an occupied hospital. The project site was adjacent to the loading dock and above the hospital ICU. Terra provided a tower crane to construct this project within the limited space available. The new structure was 20 feet tall and was constructed with a conventional steel structure with metal stud infill. The interior of the project was finished out as doctor’s offices and a conference area.
