Repair CFI for IDEO Systems

This Design-Build project was constructed in two phases to allow for the continuous prosthetics limb manufacturing during the renovation and was discussed with the end user to ensure that the manufacturing processes were not impeded. The first phase consisted of the construction of the temporary facilities for prosthetics manufacturing including a temporary lamination facility that consisted of two refurbished cargo boxes connected together. The lamination process utilizes noxious fumes and the facility required one air change per minute per UFC, this was achieved by providing two 25-ton roof top units for the cargo boxes. The second phase of this project consisted of a new oven room, machine room, acrylic resin lamination facility, plaster preparation room, and new conference room. In addition to the interior renovations, we provided a chiller yard expansion.
