Scope of Work:
- Selective Demolition: Removed existing interior and exterior construction elements, finishes, and modifications.
- Renovations:
- Replaced windows.
- Addressed mold remediation and asbestos abatement.
- Replaced and upgraded plumbing, fire alarm, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Renovated two units to meet ABA regulatory requirements.
- Fully enclosed all breezeways with an aluminum and glass storefront.
- Installed new entry canopies with concrete landings, ramps, and stairs.
This project modernized the building and brought it up to current standards while addressing safety and regulatory concerns.
