Systems Management Facility Upgrades

This project involved the renovation of an occupied clean room computer facility. The renovation included intricate phasing with building occupant. This was a complex project that included heavy civil, new electrical infrastructure which included replacing the entire overhead system from substation to the building, utilities, landscaping, the intricate phasing of additional medium voltage power, new generators, fire rated walls, UPS ventilation system repair and replacement and the replacement of CRAC Units in a fully operational computer systems room. The majority of work consisted of clean room work, but also included upgraded MEP system for nationwide FAA payroll and IRS computer system. The computer system remained 100% functional throughout the project, there were zero shutdowns.
